Organic Red Royal Poinciana (Delonix Regia) Live Plant in 4 Inch Pot

The Royal Poinciana, also known as the Flame Tree, Flamboyant Tree, Peacock Flower Tree, Krisnochura Tree, or Gulmohar, is an elegant ornamental tropical tree that is beloved around the world. This tree boasts bright reddish-orange flowers that can brighten up any landscape, with their long-flowing branches and feathery leaves creating a canopy of great shade.

The Royal Poinciana can grow at a fast pace and can even be used as bonsai specimens. We are offering 4-6" tall seedlings, grown from seeds harvested in 2022-23. When shipped, the seedlings will be accompanied by some soil, and their roots will be wrapped in wet papers.

Shipping for these seedlings will be via either USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority, depending on the count of seedlings.

The Royal Poinciana's color is red, and it blooms during the Late Winter - Early Spring / Early Summer period, though the exact bloom time may vary based on the climate where the tree is grown.

These trees are hardy in HARDINESS ZONE 9 - 12, and they can reach a plant height of 20' - 40'.
